AREA A $40

Located on the old rodeo grounds, private site A offers 360 degree tree line for your private overland setup. With space for 4 rigs, you and your crew can get away and admire the Oklahoma night sky!

AREA B $40

If you're looking for something that'll fit you and the whole crew, than Area B is for you! This spot can accommodate up to 15 overland vehicles and offers a beautiful sunset view!

AREA C $40

Our newest addition to Coyote Ridge, Area 3 offers a bit more privacy and can accommodate up to 4 rigs. This locations is a metal detecting and antique glass hotspot!

Overland Camping Rules


  • General Policies: Day Use Hours: Open from sunrise to sunset.
  • Campfire Safety: Fire Restrictions: Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings, and all firewood must fit entirely within the fire ring.
  • Supervision Required: Campfires must be attended at all times.


Environmental Protection

  • Flora and Fauna: Do not pick wildflowers or other plants.
  • Cutting live trees or branches is strictly prohibited.


Waste Disposal

  • Throwing ashes, charcoal, or waste water on the ground is prohibited.
  • Do not burn trash in fire rings.


Camping and Activities

  • Camping: Overnight stays are permitted only in designated campsites.
  • Hammocks: Use proper hammock webbing to prevent damage to trees.
  • Rappelling: Allowed with prior registration. Please check in at the front office to sign a release before starting.
  • Drones: Permitted for FAA-licensed pilots only. Registration and a signed release at the front office are required before flying.


Pets

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet at all times and must not be left unattended.
  • Clean-Up: Please dispose of pet excrement properly.
  • Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in any park buildings.


Prohibited Activities

  • No Unauthorized Activities:
  • Dumping waste water on the ground.
  • Defacing the canyon walls.
  • Playing amplified music.
  • Other Restrictions: Pets, hammocks, and drones are subject to specific rules as noted above.
